My goal is to elevate the brand with the evolution of our current technology by introducing modern methodology, processes and applications coupled with a level of service that is second to none.
Coming from a career with over 13 years in the telecom industry, which involved the deployment of various processes and applications with focus on customer service and support improvement.
I plan to evolve with Coldwell Banker Canada and create a new standard of service which will be the envy of the real estate industry.
Some of my hobbies are cars, music, cooking, gardening in the summer, outdoor fires in the fall, along with road trips with my dogs to quaint towns and food destinations.
